Winemaker's Notes | The 2021 Red Wine is rich and textured with firm, ripe tannins. The flavors are fresh, both dark and savory. The palate is energized by mouth watering acidity that pulls the mid-palate into a minutes long finish. Flavors of boysenberries are intertwined with cedar. Just ripened plum and fresh tobacco linger in the mouth.
